The National Sports Club played host the the 2011Tennis ACT Annual Awards on Saturday 24th October with Brett Lennard again taking out Coach of the Year honours for the second year running in recognition for outstanding results in the area of MLC Tennis Hot Shots and the modified game for junior athletes.
Canberra Coach, Brett Lennard, has been awarded the inugural national award for Coaching Excellence by Tennis Australia.
Lennard, who earlier this year won the 2010 Tennis ACT Coach of the Year, was presented his latest award by 16 time Grand Slam Champion, Todd Woodbridge at Melbourne Park.
The 2010 Tennis ACT Annual Awards were held at the National Sports Club on Saturday 23rd October 2010. RSTA's Head Coach, Brett Lennard has taken out the awarded for the Australian Capital Region's "Coach of the Year" for 2010. Congratulations Brett and good luck with your nomination for Tennis Australia's National "Coach of the Year" to be announced in December 2010.
